Megan Fox is a well known American actress, model and sex bomb who can be found on the big screen, television, billboards and in men magazines everywhere.
Early life
Megan was born in Tennessee and lived there until the age of ten before her family packed up and moved south to Florida. She was bitten by the acting bug at an early age after watching the “Wizard of OZ” numerous times as a child. Before deciding to pursue acting, Megan had considered becoming a competitive swimmer, engaging in regular meets up until the age of 14. Megan also dabbled in cheerleading, but has admitted to only joining the cheerleading team in order to get out of the house.
Early Career
Megan got her start after winning a number of awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent convention in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
In 2001 Megan Fox debuted in the Olsen twins movie “Holiday in the Sun”. Megan’s first major role came alongside Lindsy Lohan in the 2004 Disney movie “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen“.
During her early career, Megan also enjoyed moderate television success with a recurring role in Hope & Faith (2004-2006) where she met her fiance Brain Austin Greene. Megan also landed roles in shows like Two and a Half Men, The Help, Ocean Ave., and What I Like About You.
Transformers and stardom
In 2006 Megan won the role of female lead in the 2007 blockbuster movie ”Transformers” where she sizzled up the big screen as Mikaela Banes the sexy gear head. The movie was a huge success and Megan Fox soon became a hot commodity.
In June 2007, Fox was cast in “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People” alongside Simon Pegg (Shaun of the Dead) and Gillian Anderson (X Files). Megan Fox’s character is a young Hollywood starlet getting her first taste of fame. The movie met with modest success, but did not stop Megan Fox from becoming the hottest thing in Hollywood earning the #1 spot on FHM’s sexiest women of 2008 list.
Fox Has gone one to reprise her role in 2009’s “Transformers 2 “Revenge of the Fallen” and is reportedly coming back for some more in “Transformers 3″.In 2009, she also played the lead role as Jennifer in the horror film “Jennifer’s Body” where she plays a cannibalistic zombie cheerleader who preys on unsuspected male classmates. In 2010 she is slated to star in several movies including “Jonah Hex” and “Passion Play“.
